Service was poor, staff ignored customers needs and immediately requested us to settle the bill without being done. Poor experience all around

This is not your typical American Dennys...this is very much a Japanese version. Still, very good value.

Great food.. great price... Do not think as American Denny's!! Completely different!!

We were in Tokyo for 2 weeks and this was our go to place. Excellent food and service. Dont expect to find items from home and you will not be disappointed. My favorite was the oysters full set. Really well done. My daughter loved the spicey dan dan noodles and dessert. The carbonara was really good for a change.

Despite the average rating, I liked this place. They have very nice beef hamburger steaks, beef spaghetti and tasty desserts. The service is also quite fast, plus it's open 24 hours a day and have moderate prices.

English menus if asked for and amazing food!

Denny's was part of our hotel breakfast. Limited breakfast choice which is quite generic and run of the mill. It's good of you are in a rush and need something quick but don't expect it to be incredible. The staff are friendly.

24/7 food as at home.

They are open untill late at night, the restaurant setting is family cozy vibe, also have English menu which is helpful, we just ordered deserts, the special autumn peach, which is quite nice. The pancake is OK, maybe next time if visiting Japan, will try their entree & update this review.

Food was tasty and venue has a family fun vibe. Not the standard American menu but plenty of choice including for children.

Products for Japanese taste. Nothing from the American denny's

Good staff, well prepared food, clean, up to date, and very accessible.

Nice family restaurant. Seems to be popular with locals. Food is descent for the price, but the service is amazing.

Worth stopping by due to an uncommon feature in Japan. Free refills on the drink bar. The only place I could get my fill of coffee while in Japan without breaking the bank. As an aside, the food quality is much higher than Denny's in the states, so you end up with a pretty nice breakfast. A final note, the staff are not ignoring you. They are giving you peace until you press the little button on the table, at which time they will be with you promptly.

Attempt to steal. Mediocre food. For those who pretend to have lunch or dinner at this restaurant, which I don’t really recommend. Check twice the bill because even though the menu says the taxes are included they will try to add an extra tax that is not explained anywhere. Waiters and waitress (that don’t speak English and try to avoid you and even have a racist attitude) will not explain you where those taxes come from. A totally “American experienceâ€. They also tell you it’s an smokers restaurant and that it is possible to smoke inside when it’s not true. When we asked our waitress to check out and to explain us about the taxes she answered by avoiding us and attending other japanese costumers and making us wait for more than 10 minutes. An unpleasant experience that we don’t recommend anyone to experience.

A restaurant chain with sub standard food compared what's available elsewhere. Found a piece of thin wire in my chicken delhi curry that was luke warm to begin with. They have redone my meal but I've been waiting for 20 minutes to eat, sauce was not very appetising. The curry lack taste or any spice, there was hardly much meat with my dish. The pork cutlet tonkatsu was alright, did not had anything special to add. The miso soup provided was salty.Overall I didn't like the food and the experience wasn't exactly great for me. Though the positive is that it open 24 hours

We had just arrived in Asakusa. It was very early and we were walking and this place was open. Just for a laugh we went in but it was worth it. Great breakfast.

Pork based menu, food quality is on-par with US.

No smoke. Japanese type dennys. not like american dennys

I love Tokyo Denny's, but this one is managed poorly: badly heated food and broken machines. There are also a lot of tourists, which has made the servers mutely throw English menus at gaijin and just gesture passively at open tables. Find another location.

Had breakfast here the morning before we left for Osaka. It was located in front of the guesthouse where my sister and I stayed which made it super convenient. We were there before 8AM and there were a few other customers. I loved the fact that there was a smoking area separate from the rest of the tables. It just showed how respectful the Japanese are towards others. My sister and I both had breakfast sets. Hers came with pancake, sausages, coffee, you name it, while I ordered the Japanese breakfast. I loooooveeed the tofu!!! Best tofu I ever tried! Service was great, too! The staff was super helpful and our orders came real fast. I’d definitely come back and eat at Denny’s when I visit Japan for the 3rd time. 💖

very family friendly and staff are nice and food wasnt to bad if you need a quick bite and dont know where then why not dennys.

Was expecting something more akin to an american Denny's, eggs and bacon and all, but it's decidedly japanese, serving rice and such for breakfast. Not bad food at all, but a little pricey considering there's a Matsuya just around the corner serving huge bowls of gyumeshi for 440 yen a pop.

A bit run down used by ann hotel as breakfest place. Good enough...

Nice breakfast spot for travelers (it was near our hotel). Many choices from pancakes, eggs, toast etc.

This was our second Denny"s experience in Tokyo. We wanted a nightcap and despite the Asakusa streets being bright and lively late in the evening, any nightcap experience is pretty limited to Izakaya style dining. This meant beer and savoury type meals in a smoking environment. We only wanted coffee and a sweet treat to end a long day of shopping and sightseeing. Most food stalls and restaurants closed at 9pm with last order at 8pm. So at 8.30 pm our options were next to none. Denny's 24hrs came to the the rescue. Service was not terrible, but not to the usual Japanese standards. However, it ticks all our boxes. Opening hours🕤✔ï¸coffee ☕👠sweet treat ðŸ¨ðŸ˜‹ðŸ‘Œ.

Good meals, both oriental and occidental dishes are tasty. Ideal for breakfast or brunch, although they have different dishes for dinner as well. I recommend it.

Fast service. English menu. Friendly staff. I would recommend their Hamburg Steak.

Good value for money food

Super delicious and they had an English menu.
Thomas Eustace
English menu. They have a lot of breakfast item options. Unlimited drink refills, if you want coffee your are going to have to figure out how to operate the Japanese espresso machine.
